Order

  • Where’s my order?

    Have you not received your order after 14 days? Send an e-mail to info@beautyorganizer.com.

  • Can I also pick up products from you or deliver my return?

    Unfortunately, Beauty organizer is a webshop and can therefore only send products. You buy the product online and get the product physically within 48 hours.

    It is not possible to deliver a return shipment at the return address. This is not a visiting address (we are a webshop) and the return shipment will therefore not be accepted.

  • How do I place an order?

    1: Make a choice from one or more articles on our website.

    2: Place the desired items in the shopping cart.

    3: When the order is complete, click on “checkout”. Here you can check the order.

    4: In the next step you can choose 3 options:
    – Log in with your own account
    – Create an account
    – Register as a guest

    Choose the option that suits you best.

    5: Once you have made a choice here, you can enter the required information and then choose a payment method. You can choose from us:
    – iDeal
    – Paypal
    – Mister Cash
    – Credit card

    6: If you have entered all the details correctly, click on “Checkout”.

    7: After completing the payment you will receive a confirmation of the order from us and a confirmation that we have received the payment.

  • The product is sold out, will it still be back on your website?

    Is your product sold out and do you want to know when and if it will be returned to stock? We are always busy getting the product back in stock.

Payments

  • How do I know if my order has been paid?

    As soon as we have received your payment, we will send an e-mail for confirmation.

  • Where can I enter the discount code?

    For the completion of the order it is possible to enter the discount code on the data page (on the right side of the page).

  • Can I pay afterwards?

    No, every order is prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, iDeal, PayPal and Bancontact / Mister Cash.

  • How can I pay?

    At this moment you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, iDeal, PayPal and Bancontact / Mister Cash.

Returns

  • My article is damaged, what should I do?

    We are very sorry that you have a complaint on an article supplied by us. Always send us an email before you send the item back. We will try to solve your complaint with you as soon as possible.

    All our items have a warranty of four weeks after receipt. Mail us the complaint, the order number and photo of complaint and send it to service@beautyorganizer.nl We will deal with your complaint as soon as possible.

    You can not claim the warranty with:
    * Damage by intent or negligence
    * Exceptional wear

  • What should I do if I want to return or exchange a product?

    It is possible to return a product, provided they have not yet been used and are in the original packaging. You have 14 days to return the product.

    When you decide to exchange the product, the shipping costs are for us. The new product will then be shipped within one day.

Shipping

  • Delivery with DHL or PostNL

    By default, we ship all shipments with DHL or PostNL as parcel post with track and trace. You will receive a separate e-mail containing a 3S number (this number will be sent to you by e-mail within 24 hours). With this number you can follow the shipping path of your package on the website of DHL or PostNL.

    If you have not received the order, please contact customer service.

  • Do I get a Track & Trace code?

    Yes. All orders are provided with a Track & Trace code.

  • What are the delivery times?

    All orders placed before 17:00 will often be sent on the same day (Monday – Saturday).

    All orders are provided with a tracking number and insurance for the costs of your package.

    The Netherlands 1-2 business days

    Belgium 2-4 business days

  • Which countries do you ship to?

    We currently only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.

  • Are there shipping costs?

    No shipping costs will be charged on orders within the Netherlands. For orders to Belgium the shipping costs are € 10.75.
